The Schwartz Family bought this house at 150 Florida Ave., brand new, in 1940. Kids went to Old Edgemont Elementary School and took the street car to San Mateo High School, as that was the only high school around. We currently had this little 2/1 gem cleaned, painted, and staged. San Bruno's Cupid Row is abundant with history and charm as a getaway, by train, for people from San Francisco in the early 1900's. Most of the homes on this block are small one-two bedroom cottages and the streets in the neighborhood are heart shaped! For the modern day person though, the home is close to CalTrain, BART, and El Camino Real. There are also coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby! Downtown San Bruno is well known for the famous Mexicana Produce Market, Grand Leader Deli, West Coast Cafe, and a number of wonderful international restaurants!
